Rahimakhanim Hajiyeva

Rahimakhanim Hajiyeva is an Azerbaijani illustrator, oil and mixed media painter, printmaker, and miniature artist, born and raised in Baku, Azerbaijan. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Fine Arts from the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts, while also gaining nearly five years of professional experience in areas such as carpet design, poster and book design, and miniature art. Rahimakhanim is now channeling her diverse artistic expertise into 2D animation, having recently been admitted to the PhD program at Cheongju University, Design Science Faculty.

Her artworks have been showcased in numerous group exhibitions in Belgrade, Tbilisi, Ankara, and Baku, and are part of private collections in the USA and Azerbaijan.
